How to unsubscribe from Zoho

Any Zoho customer can cancel their subscription any time they wish to. You can follow the following simple steps to cancel your subscription.

  • Sign in to Zoho One and click Admin Panel on the left side of your scree.
  • Click the user icon on the top-right corner of your screen to access the side bar.
  • Under subscription, select manage.
  • Users under the Flexible User Pricing should tap Cancel Subscription beside subscription details.
  • If you are subscribed to the All Employee Pricing, Seleck Change Plan beside Subscription Details and click Cancel.
  • State the reasons for the cancellation and then click Confirm Downgrade.
